The prices are incl. bedlinen, bathtowels and finish cleaning.
payment: we accept cash, bancomat, VISA, Mastercard, CartaSi
The apartment is available from 4 p.m. on the arrival day and have to be vacated until 9 a.m. on the departure day.
animals: in consideration of our guests pets are not permitted in our house
For the definitive reservation we ask an account of 30 % of the total amount of the booked period
What if something comes up to prevent You from even starting Your holiday in our house, or to oblige You to return home prematurely?
beginning of the reverse charge: 5 months before arrival date
amount: 30 % from total amount of the booked period (=account)
In case of late arrival or early departure, the total amount of the booked period will be invoiced.
