Conditions

Prices include bed linen, towels, bathrobes, sauna towels, tea towels, and final cleaning.

The prices quoted do not include the municipal tourist tax of €3.20 per person per day (LG No. 9 of May 16, 2012).

Payment options: cash, check, debit card, VISA, Mastercard, CartaSi.

On the day of arrival, the apartment will be available from 4:00 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the apartment by 9:30 a.m.

Pets: please understand that we cannot accommodate pets in our residence.

Friends/acquaintances/relatives: we kindly ask you not to bring anyone into the apartments who is not registered at reception.

Reservation:
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code. For a firm reservation, we ask you to send us a deposit (caparra) of 30% of the booking value. This is considered a processing fee and will only be refunded in the event of cancellation if travel cancellation insurance has been taken out.

Travel cancellation insurance:

Cancellation policy:
If no travel cancellation insurance has been taken out, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- Up to 30 days before departure, the deposit will be retained.
- Up to 7 days before departure, 90% of the booking amount will be charged.
- From 7 days before departure, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
