Conditions
The prices are incl. bedlinen, bathtowels, bathrobe, towels for sauna and finish cleaning and a minimum stay of 3 nights.
All prices shown are subject to a Tourist Tax ammounting to € 3,20 per person aged 14 and over per day (legge provinciale del 16.05.12, n. 9)
Payment: we accept cash, bancomat, VISA, Mastercard, CartaSi
The apartment is available from 4 p.m. on the arrival day and have to be vacated until 9,30 a.m. on the departure day.
Animals: in consideration of our guests pets are not permitted in our house.
Friends: is not allowed to take people who aren't guests from our house in the apartments.
Reservation:
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers'Code is not contemplated. For the definitive reservation we ask a deposit of 30 % of the total amount of the booked period. It is the handling fee, and in the event of a cancellation it will only be refunded if the booking travel insurance was completed.

For cancellation of your stay the following fees well be charged:
- cancellation 1 month prior to your arrival, we retain the deposit
- cancellation 7 days prior to your arrival, 90% of the total amount of your stay
- cancellation less than7 days prior to your arrival, 100% of the total amount of your stay
